Webinar 2: Improving Governance at Board and Senior Management Level

Join us for the second webinar in our 2026 Trustee Training Programme, delivered in partnership with our long-standing collaborators, Haysmac, specialist charity accountants.

In this session, we will explore how charities can strengthen governance and improve decision-making at both board and senior management level. Topics will include board effectiveness, building a productive relationship between the board and chief executive, effective delegation of responsibilities, and approaches to managing complex or challenging decisions.
