Webinar 1: Trustees’ Duties, Responsibilities and Effective Governance

Join us for the first webinar in our 2026 Trustee Training Programme, taking place this September and October in partnership with our long-standing collaborators, Haysmac, specialist charity accountants.

This opening session provides a practical overview of trustees’ legal duties and responsibilities, including how to identify and manage conflicts of interest. We will also explore trustees’ role in organisational oversight and share guidance on effective governance across virtual, hybrid and face-to-face board meetings.
