Learn how to prepare your evidence for inspection under the CQC single assessment framework

The introduction of the Care Quality Commission’s (CQC) single assessment framework (SAF) has presented significant challenges for health and social care providers. This transition has led to widespread frustration, prompting a public apology from the CQC for the difficulties encountered.
