Lisa Davison

Lisa is a partner in our real estate team with a particular specialism and expertise in health and social care. She has been advising GPs for over 15 years on a wide range of real estate matters, including third party development schemes, re-financing, partner succession arrangements and landlord and tenant matters.

Lisa also has substantial experience in advising institutional healthcare investors, developers and private operators in the health and social care sectors. She leads the real estate team in dealing with all aspects of corporate support, from property finance to corporate merger and acquisition transactions in the health and social care sector.

Lisa is recognised in Legal 500 as having “niche sector expertise in healthcare property purchases and reorganisations” (Legal 500 2020).

She prides herself in taking a collaborative approach with her clients, which combined with a wealth of sector specific contacts and in-depth sector expertise, enables her to achieve client goals and maximise results.
