Graham Lea

Graham is Head of Corporate and Commercial Services within HF and a Partner at Hempsons, part of the HF group of companies. He has extensive experience advising clients across the healthcare, charity and not-for-profit sectors on complex real estate, development and strategic property matters.

Graham has considerable experience acting for both developers and funders on a wide range of development projects, including retail, commercial, leisure and healthcare schemes. His work has included major office developments such as Canary Wharf, as well as warehouse and mixed-use developments. He regularly negotiates development agreements, funding agreements, building contracts, professional warranties and agreements for lease with occupational tenants.

He also advises on property finance, project development, landlord and tenant matters, and the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold interests. His practical and commercial approach has made him a trusted adviser to organisations navigating complex property projects and transactions.
