Emma is a Partner in the healthcare litigation team specialising in clinical negligence claims made against NHS Trusts and GPs. Emma acts on a wide range of medical issues including birth injuries, spinal injuries, amputations and fatal claims. Emma has also spent time on secondment at NHS Resolution assisting the team and gaining valuable insight from her client’s perspective.
Emma enjoys developing junior members of the team and leads on organising training for the healthcare litigation team nationally.
