This webinar provides social care providers with a practical overview of the Supreme Court’s landmark decision to overrule the long-established Cheshire West framework that has shaped DoLS practice for over a decade. Attendees will understand the new multifactorial approach  for assessing deprivations of liberty following the removal of the acid test.
