Zoe began her career as a claimant clinical negligence paralegal, handling a varied caseload and supporting solicitors. She gained experience in all stages of the claim process and took a firm interest in birth injury cases. Zoe made the move to defendant work in 2025, supporting healthcare providers in the defence of clinical negligence claims. Zoe’s experience on both sides of litigation gives her a well-rounded perspective and ability to provide thorough, balanced support throughout the claims process.
