Tamara Ratcliffe

Tamara joined Hempsons in 2016 and works in the healthcare litigation team. She acts on behalf of NHS Resolution and hospital trusts. She has experience in handling a range of clinical negligence cases, including delays in diagnosis, orthopaedic claims, obstetric/gynaecological cases and claims for psychiatric injury.

Tamara completed a masters degree in health care ethics and medical law in 2015 which cemented a strong interest in this area of law. Prior to joining Hempsons, Tamara specialised in criminal law and has extensive experience of providing advocacy in the magistrates court.
