Stephanie Trompeter

Stephanie is an associate within our corporate and commercial team, specialising in real estate disputes.

She trained with Herbert Smith (now Herbert Smith Freehills LLP), qualifying as a solicitor of England and Wales in March 2010, remaining there for the next ten years. Stephanie’s previous firm is known for its focus on “big ticket” commercial real estate disputes.

Stephanie’s practice encompasses commercial landlord and tenant issues including renewals of business tenancies (disputed and undisputed), strategic break options, tenant arrears, landlord consents, dilapidations, service charge disputes and rent reviews. She acts on large-scale development matters, including complex vacant possession strategies and sale and purchase disputes.
