Samuel Ashley-Williams

Samuel graduated from the University of Kent in 2017, with an upper second-class LLB in Law. He went on to complete the LPC LLM at BPP London whilst working as a Paralegal in Healthcare Litigation at a firm in London. Samuel tailored his undergraduate studies to Healthcare Law, undertaking modules such as Medical Law and Ethics and Mental Health Law. As part of his Masters degree, Samuel undertook a Law Review and Reform module focussing on the Mental Health Act 2007.

Prior to becoming a Paralegal, Samuel worked for a GP Federation in Surrey. During his time as a Paralegal, Samuel undertook work for NHS Resolution, an MDO, private insurers and various NHS Trusts, he also spent time on Secondment in the Legal Services team at an NHS Trust.

Samuel also undertook pro-bono work, providing General Litigation advice to residents in South-West London.

Samuel joined Hempsons in 2022 as a Trainee Solicitor.

Samuel firstly sat in the corporate and commercial team and now sits in the regulatory, crime and professional discipline team where he assists with a wide range of matters.
