Katie Cole

Katie joined Hempsons in July 2023 in the healthcare litigation team in Newcastle. Katie assists fee earners on a range of healthcare litigation matters whilst also managing her own caseload of limited instruction files. Katie comes from a background of defendant clinical negligence work and is an experienced paralegal, having previously worked at an international law firm in the clinical risk department.

Katie studied Law at the University of Exeter (2:1) before a period of travel. She later completed a master’s degree in Medical Law and Ethics and was awarded a high first class mark.
