Henry McCabe

Henry is a solicitor who specialises in defending clinical negligence claims. He has worked in the field of clinical negligence since 2017. Before he joined Hempsons in 2023, he was a solicitor at a tier 1 national firm representing claimants. He draws upon the experience and insight he gained having represented claimants to secure the best results for his clients and has a particular interest in fairly defending claims brought by litigants in person, and those involving complex and novel legal issues. He is also experienced in group action and fatal claims.
