Daniel joined Hempsons’ healthcare litigation department as a paralegal in 2018 before commencing his training contract in September 2022. Daniel qualified as a solicitor into the corporate and commercial team in September 2024.
Daniel provides advice to clients in a range of disputes with a particular focus on property litigation. Daniel regularly acts on behalf of NHS Trusts, General Practitioners and registered charities in matters ranging from dilapidations, tenant breaches of covenant, lease renewal proceedings, activating break options and the removal of trespassers. Daniel also has a particular focus in advising social care organisations and landlords on possession matters against tenants.
Daniel deals with many matters from start to finish, providing strategic input at the pre-action stage with a view to avoiding the costs of litigation wherever possible. Daniel has the client’s objectives at the forefront of his mind when progressing any matter to achieve the best outcome possible.
