Ali Williams is head of HR and an experienced human resources (HR) practitioner. Ali’s 28 years’ experience has been gained mainly through working in law firms in roles that cover learning and development and generalist HR. Her role as head of HR is to provide strategic support and direction and to ensure we attract, develop and retain the best talent.
When not working, she can be found on the Chilterns trail running (slowly!) and walking her dog.
