Nicole Johnson

Nicole is an employment law specialist who supports employers across the health, social and private sectors. Having supported clients in relation to a range of matters including complex, high profile, and high value cases, Nicole brings a wealth of experience to each of the clients that she works with. Notable cases include Kuteh v Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust.

Nicole has extensive employment litigation experience, including undertaking her own advocacy.  She also has particular interest and expertise in relation to equal pay and business immigration for Employers. 

Nicole advises on a full range of employee relations issues and routinely provides bespoke training for clients in relation to a range of employment matters, including management of investigations, sickness absence, performance and redundancy issues.
