Molly Blackshaw

Molly qualified into the Healthcare Advisory team in September 2023, specialising in inquests and coronial law.

Molly represents NHS trusts at inquests across the Northwest,

Molly also spends one day a week working in-house for one of Hempsons’ NHS panel firms. This experience provides her with an invaluable insight into how NHS trusts work internally and allows her to provide focused support to NHS trust clients within the work that she carries out.

Along with colleague Elspeth Rose, I regularly attend the Park Runs and have recently completed my first half marathon. I am also part of the Manchester office social committee and Hempsons Living Our Values committee.

Qualifications

• Admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales (2023)
• LPC LLM, distinction, University of Law, Manchester (2021)
• LLB in Law (International and European) (2.1) University of Sheffield, with a year abroad at the University of Vienna (2020)
