Kirsten Blohm

Kirsten is Head of the Healthcare Division at HF and a Partner at Hempsons. She specialises in healthcare law and the defence of high-value, complex clinical negligence claims, acting for NHS trusts, GPs, indemnifiers, and insurers. She is also the NHS Resolution Client Liaison Partner.

Kirsten leads one of the UK’s leading healthcare litigation practices and has extensive experience advising clients on complex and sensitive claims, including wrongful birth, birth injury, and surgical negligence cases. She is recognised for her strategic approach to litigation and her ability to balance detailed legal analysis with a practical understanding of clients’ wider objectives.
