Francesca joined Hempsons in 2013 shortly after qualifying as a solicitor.
Francesca works in the healthcare litigation team and has experience in handling a range of clinical negligence cases including delays in diagnosis, allegations relating to consenting procedures, fatal cases, orthopaedic claims, obstetric / gynaecological claims, and claims for psychiatric damage (including anaesthetic awareness). Francesca has worked on claims involving multiple trusts and GP defendants.
Prior to joining Hempsons Francesca undertook a six month secondment at an NHS organisation and gained one year’s experience in a range of non-litigious healthcare law including mental health, inquests and the NHS property transfer scheme.
