Ann Cojeen

Ann is a partner in our real estate team who acts for clients in the health sector. She has over seventeen years experience in advising NHS bodies, primary care providers, developers and lenders on a wide range of real estate matters in the health sector.  

Ann has particular expertise dealing with the acquisition, site assembly, development, and disposal of healthcare estates. She also works closely with health clients on the rationalisation including the repurposing of their estate. 

Ann was previously at Hempsons from 2002 to 2015 when she acted predominantly for NHS bodies. In her time away from the firm, besides NHS bodies, she also acted for care home developers and operators and lenders on healthcare developments. She re-joined the firm in 2022, to continue to act for both public and private health sector clients.

She prides herself on being a trusted adviser to her clients, taking a collaborative approach and using her wealth of sector knowledge, to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
