The often forgotten fundamental standards – how small changes can make a big difference
Social care partner, Philippa Doyle, will lead this second free webinar in our series on the fundamental standards on 29 September at 10.30am.
In this one hour session, Philippa will take providers through the key wording of the legislation and deliver tips and ideas on how to improve the service providers deliver to those people they support, as well as hopefully improve their CQC rating.
Focusing on the often forgotten standards, which are just as important, including dignity and respect, need for consent, nutritional and hydration needs, premises and equipment, complaints and display of performance assessments.
