Jocelyn Hadden

Jocelyn joined the firm in 2023 after graduating from the University of Gloucestershire in 2022. Jocelyn completed a module on her degree in Medical Law, as well as using her dissertation as a means to explore this interest further in choosing to conduct her research in medical law and ethics.

In the interim between graduating university and joining Hempsons, Jocelyn worked as a paralegal in insurer litigation at a high street firm in Cheltenham.

Jocelyn now really enjoys her role in the Clinical Negligence Team. As well as running her own case load of pre-litigated files, she particularly enjoys assisting the Partners in her team on their high-value cases because of the complexity and experience it offers.

I am completing my LPC qualification part-time alongside working with the University of Law. Aside from studying, I enjoy exploring London and eating out, playing sports, and like the rest of London I’ve caught the running bug!
