Rachel Levine

Rachel joined Hempsons in 2023 as a solicitor in the employment team, based in our London office. Prior to this, she worked as part of the employment team at a national law firm, where she worked for clients in a variety of sectors including financial services, acting for both employers and high net worth individuals.

Rachel has experience in both contentious and non-contentious aspects of employment law, and has worked on matters litigated in the Employment Tribunal, Employment Appeals Tribunal and High Court.

Rachel values building strong personal relationships with clients to understand their individual needs, tailoring advice to best meet those objectives, and as a result is often able to resolve disputes successfully without recourse to litigation.

As well as working with clients on specific matters, Rachel also provides training sessions to client HR teams on employment law updates.

Outside of work, I volunteer with organisations supporting asylum seekers.
