John Fitzpatrick

John joined Hempsons in 1995 when Hempsons took over the NWHLS. He qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and became an associate solicitor with Hempsons in 2011 when Hempsons introduced its associate career structure.  John has had a diverse caseload focusing on healthcare litigation; clinical negligence claims for NHS Resolution, MDU, DDU and private clients; crime and professional regulatory matters GMC, GDC, FTT and PL cases and advising and representing clients in primary care contracting disputes and performance disputes.
