Isobel joined Hempsons as a trainee in 2021, having completed her LPC. Whilst completing her LPC, Isobel worked as an intern at an in-house NHS Legal Team.
Isobel successfully qualified into our employment law team in March 2023.
Isobel has experience in a range of employment tribunal proceedings, including claims for discrimination, whistleblowing, unfair dismissal and breach of contract. Additionally, Isobel also has experience in the employment appeal tribunal.
Isobel’s range of experience also covers non-contentious matters including, but not limited to, advising on settlements, disciplinary procedures, policies, sickness absence management and internal processes.
Isobel is an ambassador for Aspiring Solicitors.
