Faisal Dhalla

Faisal specialises in corporate and commercial law and advise a wide range of private and public sector organisations on mergers and acquisitions, company and business sales, joint ventures and collaborations, commercial contracts and banking and finance law.

He acts for clients who operate in a variety of industries such as health and social care, manufacturing, construction, engineering and IT. In particular, he acts for clients embarking on “buy and build” strategies.

Faisal is experienced in advising shareholders on shareholder exits, in particular, exits involving sales to large corporate groups.

He prides himself on being a “deal-doer” who finds innovative solutions to tricky situations so that clients can achieve their ambitions in a timely, cost effective and commercial manner. He doesn’t sit on the fence and always gives his clients a straight answer.

Faisal advises on all aspects of corporate commercial transactions, including: due diligence, regulatory compliance (e.g. CQC), sale and purchase agreements, warranties and disclosure, board and shareholder resolutions, bank financing and security.
