Daniel Howlett

Daniel joined Hempsons in October 2021 after completing his training contract with a regional firm. Daniel acts for NHS trusts, NHS foundation trusts and charities to deliver a range of real estate services including freehold/leasehold acquisitions and disposals, estate management services and refinancing. Daniel aids with transfers, leases, licences to assign/underlet, licences for alterations, deeds of rectification/variation and charges.

Daniel also supports the corporate team with property aspects of their work including lease negotiation, due diligence and charges.
