Jessie joined Hempsons in January 2024 as a solicitor in the corporate and commercial team where she works predominantly within the primary care team. She has experience in a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including but not limited to due diligence, sale and purchase agreements, corporate governance, banking and security and so she is well placed to assist in practice mergers, partnership deeds and commercial contracts.
Jessie studied Law at Southampton Solent University where she received a first before completing her LPC LLM at the University of Law, Bristol. Jessie went on to gain experience as a paralegal in a commercial property team in Bristol before undertaking her training contract at the same national Legal 500 firm and qualifying into their corporate team in 2022.

Outside of work I enjoy running and have taken part in the London Marathon and several half marathons to raise money for various charities. I enjoy setting myself new challenges with the latest being to climb Mount Kilimanjaro! Within the firm, I am part of the environmental committee, on Hempsons Living Our Values committee.
