Katie Egan

Katie graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree with first class honours from the University of Salford in 2021. In 2022, Katie completed her LPC at Manchester Metropolitan University. She has previous paralegal experience in motor volume and personal injury at another law firm; and completed a short internship with the Crown Prosecution Service.

Katie joined Hempsons as a trainee solicitor in 2023 and completed seats in commercial real estate, healthcare litigation and corporate commercial. In September 2025, she began her newly qualified role as solicitor working in the commercial real estate team based in Manchester.

Katie advises health and social care clients and large commercial organisations on how best to manage their estates and facilities. She also works closely with our corporate commercial team supporting with all real estate aspects of corporate transactions.
