Kimberley is a senior solicitor within the Healthcare Litigation team in Harrogate. 

After completing a Law degree and the Legal Practice Course, Kimberley worked at a national Tier 1 Claimant law firm from 2015 working primarily in the field of medical negligence. Following her training, Kimberley qualified in March 2020 into the medical negligence team. She joined Hempsons in August 2024.

Kimberley has a varied caseload and works closely with NHS resolution, trusts and general practitioners in the defence of clinical claims.
