The introduction of CQC’s new single assessment framework has caused significant frustration among health and social care providers, leading to a public apology from CQC acknowledging these challenges.
To support social care providers during this challenging transition, we have analysed each of the 34 quality statements and prepared a detailed breakdown of what CQC are looking for in response to each statement. We have linked that analysis to the fundamental standards of care regulations to provide practical advice and assistance on how to easily and effectively prepare your evidence to showcase your service in the best possible light.
