We are looking for a specialist real estate disputes lawyer. The successful candidate would work with a property litigation specialists across several offices. The team work with clients in the  health and life sciences, social care, charity, education and social enterprise clients. The candidate will have experience of service charge disputes; lease renewals; insolvency; overage disputes; professional negligence; rent reviews; possession claims; and dilapidations claims.

Commercial Litigation/Procurement Solicitor or Senior Solicitor (2-4 PQE)

Our Corporate Commercial team are seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join their expanding team. The main focus of this role will be commercial dispute resolution work, including contentious construction, public procurement challenges, partnership disputes, business disputes, and property litigation. For the right candidate, there may also be opportunities to assist with broader commercial work. We are seeking an 2 to 4 PQE, although this role may suit someone of a higher PQE who wants to work on a part-time basis.

Applications Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Applications Analyst/Developer to join our Data and Applications team working within our wider IT team. Those with experience for being the subject matter expert for Visual Files will be an advantage. The role also encompasses supporting other lines of applications typically found in a law firm to include; Practise Management Systems, Time Recording, Digital dictation and Microsoft applications.
