We are looking for a specialist real estate disputes lawyer. The successful candidate would work with a property litigation specialists across several offices. The team work with clients in the  health and life sciences, social care, charity, education and social enterprise clients. The candidate will have experience of service charge disputes; lease renewals; insolvency; overage disputes; professional negligence; rent reviews; possession claims; and dilapidations claims.

Our Corporate Commercial team are seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join their expanding team. The main focus of this role will be commercial dispute resolution work, including contentious construction, public procurement challenges, partnership disputes, business disputes, and property litigation. For the right candidate, there may also be opportunities to assist with broader commercial work. We are seeking an NQ to 4 PQE, although this role may suit someone of a higher PQE who wants to work on a part-time basis.
