We regularly advise commissioners and pharmacy providers on all aspects of the NHS (Pharmaceutical Services) Regulations 2005, with particular focus on the control of entry provisions and breach of terms of service. Our team has the benefit of the experience of Paul Burns, formerly Chief Officer of the NHSLA (FHSAU), who has handled pharmacy control of Entry Appeals for 18 years. We have successfully resisted all of the pharmacy Judicial Reviews we have been instructed on in the last 7 years. Paul is currently leading and chairing the newly formed Department of Health Regulatory Advisory Group on Pharmaceutical Regulations giving Hempsons an invaluable insight into the new legislative process as it develops.
