Work Undertaken: Since around 2002, Hempsons has acted for TrusTECH providing ongoing technical legal support to TrusTECH’s IP managers on a range of complex matters relating to IP protection and exploitation, including copyright, trade mark and patent licensing.  The range of work covers the development and exploitation of medical devices, toolkits and know-how products, knowledge dissemination, and clinical trials in a cutting edge environment.

We provide an embedded lawyer one day a month plus remote support to ensure constant delivery of a quality service.
