Client Details: The Royal College of Radiologists is the professional body responsible for advancing the science and practice of clinical oncology and clinical radiology in the UK.  It educates the public and sets professional standards for practitioners in the field.  It is also responsible for setting and monitoring the educational curriculum for those training to enter the profession.  The College is a registered charity.  Find out more at:

Work Undertaken: Hempsons’ IP Media and Technology team regularly advises the College on technology and electronic learning matters.  In 2008 and 2009 we advised the College on a series of transactions relating to the dissemination of their professional referral guidelines, including complex licensing arrangements for their online delivery, international web-rights licensing, and the granting of translation rights in print.
