Our criminal law team is highly regarded for its work in the health and social care sector. We have a very long tradition of advising individual practitioners facing criminal investigations arising out of their practise. More recently we have been advising organisations in respect of regulatory offences and the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007. We also advise organisations caught up in criminal investigations affecting staff, patients and contractors.
We have extensive experience of the health and social care sector and provide fast, practical advice sensitive to the needs of our clients in each case.
