• GPV SA: We recently represented GPV SA, a French Group with a combined turnover in excess of £200 million, on their acquisition of a UK based group of companies. The transaction was completed in Lyon.
• Biomnis: We are acting for Biomnis (formerly Laboratoire Margeaux Merieux) of Lyon, France, one of France’s largest providers of pathology services, in particular, advising on contractual and joint venture arrangements with organisations in the UK.
• Joint Venture with US Medical Centre: We are currently acting for an NHS Foundation Trust in drafting and negotiating detailed Heads of Terms for a proposed joint venture with a specialist, and world renowned, medical centre allied to a US University.
• Baule SA: We recently assisted Baule SA, a French Group, in acquiring a majority interest in a UK company, putting in place detailed share options to acquire the minority interest and advising the group generally on corporate and commercial matters concerning its UK subsidiaries.
• Cognis GmbH: We are acting for several multi-national shareholders in the sale of a UK cosmetics and pharmaceuticals company to Cognis GmbH of Germany.
