• Removal of Chairman: We are currently acting for a private company in the forced removal of a high profile chairman following a breakdown in relations with the Board.
• Board training: We regularly carry out corporate governance reviews, providing training to boards on the Combined Code of Corporate Governance, advising on good corporate governance principles where the Code does not apply and reviewing and drafting Corporate Governance manuals and policies. 
• Investment Policies: We are currently reviewing and advising an NHS Foundation Trust on its investment policies, in particular the application of REID guidance.
