We advised on the establishment of the North West Collaborative Commercial Agency which aims to save money for NHS organisations through smart procurement and the provision of commercial and consultancy services on all aspects of the supply chain.  It replaces the North West Collaborative Procurement Hub which over the past four years has saved more than £90 million for the NHS.
