We were appointed by the Governors of this Church of England School to advise on the construction documentation for their £17 million new secondary school site developed on a Greenfield site in Poppleton, York.  This is the first secondary school new build in York in decades.

The work involved appointing the professional team and the building contractor and liaising with the professional team to resolve any issues arising during the course of the construction phase.
