We were instructed to act for Trafford Provider Services to set up a corporate vehicle, through which more than 35 GP practices in the Trafford PCT area are to participate in the Trafford Integrated Care Organisation.  The corporate team were engaged to advise on the appropriate corporate vehicle, financing options and agree, and put in place, the corporate governance arrangements which will govern the organisation as it grows.
