We recently acted for a number of NHS organisations in relation to the outsourcing of their sterile services to Synergy Healthcare.  This involved working with the National Team for the outsourcing programme, reviewing, advising on and amending several Decontamination Services Agreements with Synergy, advising on the related Co-operation Agreement between the NHS organisations. They acted collectively in geographical “hubs” and so required a Co-operation Agreement to appoint a “Holding Customer” and regulate their respective rights and liabilities to each other.
