We acted for Stockton-on-Tees Teaching PCT and Hartlepool PCT on the transfer of their community services businesses to North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust for a period of almost two years. This involved the negotiation of a business transfer agreement for the transfer of assets from the PCTs to the FT and the award by the PCTs of a bespoke community services contract to the FT. The transaction completed on 1 November 2008.
