Laura Scott

Laura joined Hempsons in 2014 from a claimant background. She is a Partner in the healthcare litigation team specialising in clinical negligence claims made against the NHS.

Laura has a varied caseload, including obstetric, spinal, amputation and mental health claims. She sits on the firm’s Quality Committee, is Fraud Detection Lead and has had a number of successful outcomes at trial.

In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, travel and getting out in the countryside with my rescue dogs. I am a Mental Health First Aid Champion.
