We have an opportunity for a Paralegal to join our London healthcare advisory team. The role will involve working on aspects of complex defendant claims such as preparing instructions to experts and counsel, updating of master bundles, general legal administration and supporting the solicitors in the team. The successful candidate must have a relevant degree or equivalent, and previous paralegal experience.
Solicitor – Specialist in GP Practice 4+ PQE
Our commercial team are currently seeking a Solicitor with 4+ years’ specialist experience in advising GPs. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the evolving healthcare landscape and new models of care as they affect GPs and will play a key role in the business development of our GP Primary Care Practice. Willingness to travel (nationally) will be required.
Healthcare Clinical Negligence Solicitor 1-5 PQE
Our healthcare clinical negligence team are currently seeking a Solicitor 1-5 PQE to work on a variety of complex defendant clinical negligence claims. Key responsibilities will include litigation, drafting witness statements and attending trials and mediations. Candidates must have experience in defendant clinical negligence or personal injury, and be willing to undertake a varied workload.
Senior Healthcare Clinical Negligence Solicitor 5+ PQE
Our healthcare clinical negligence team are currently seeking a Senior Solicitor 5+ PQE to work on high value defendant claims. Key responsibilities will include instructing experts and counsel, attending trials and mediations, and negotiation of settlements. Candidates must have extensive experience within defendant clinical negligence, preferably from a NHSR panel firm, and be flexible and willing to take on a varied work load.
Employment Solicitor 0-2 PQE
We have an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor 0-2 PQE to join our employment team. The role will involve working on all aspects of employment law including managing grievances and disciplinary procedures, advising on whistleblowing, and TUPE Transfers. The successful candidate must be 0-2 years PQE with an interest in employment law within the healthcare sector.
