We are seeking applicants for the following vacancies in our Harrogate office:
Commercial Solicitor 0-3 PQE The focus of the role would be projects and construction, supporting the team on Strategic Estates Partnerships, LIFT, and Third Party Developments. The successful applicant would need to be flexible and will be encouraged and supported to undertake a broader range of non-contentious commercial work. Experience of public sector commercial work would be useful but not essential, as would experience of working closely with property lawyers This role can be based in either our Harrogate or Newcastle office.
Commercial Solicitor NQ
The focus of the role would be contentious with a focus on commercial dispute resolution, some property litigation, procurement challenges and with potentially some cross over with the Healthcare Advisory team.
This is primarily a contentious role but the successful applicant would need to be flexible and will be encouraged and supported to undertake a broader range of commercial work to include non contentious work, depending on the successful candidates skills and aspirations and the business needs of the firm.
Healthcare Litigation Solicitor NQ
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified solicitor to join our well respected Healthcare (Defendant clinical negligence) team. The role will involve having own caseload and also assisting more senior Fee Earners on tasks on larger cases. Successful candidates must have completed a clinical negligence seat during their training contract.
Secretary (6 month Fixed Term Contract) We are looking to recruit an experienced Litigation Secretary to join our busy Healthcare Litigation team. Applicants should have previous litigation experience and be a fast and accurate typist.
