We are seeking applicants for the following vacancies in our Harrogate office:

Commercial Solicitor 0-3 PQE (or more) 

The successful applicant will be encouraged and supported to undertake a broad range of non-contentious commercial work.  The key areas for the role could extend to projects and construction (joint ventures , PFI, LIFT, PPPs, development agreements, building contracts, professional appointments); IT contracts (hardware acquisition, software implementation and licensing, IT support and services contracts, software, app and web development contracts) and healthcare commercial contracts (outsourcing, NHS contracts, contracts between NHS and independent health and/or education/research organisations).  Experience of health sector or other public/education/research commercial work would be useful but not essential. This role can be based in any of our Harrogate, Newcastle or Manchester offices. Specialist lawyers of 3+ years PQE with a proven track record of successful  business development and client retention will also be considered.
