A significant number of our lawyers have dual qualifications, combining medical, dental or nursing qualifications with their legal qualifications and because of this depth of expertise Hempsons is able to be both responsive and highly cost-effective in its approach to answering clients' needs.
In the NHS alone, Hempsons act for over 140 organisations (Trusts, PCTs, Health Authorities and associated NHS organisations). Our clients also include private healthcare providers and hundreds of individual GP's, dentists and other healthcare-related professionals and practitioners. The firm's 'top 10' charities practice has in excess of 140 clients, comprising charity and not-for-profit organisations of all sizes.

The service we provide is responsive and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. At the outset of any project or piece of work we agree with our clients the work to be done, costs and timetable. The advice we provide is commercial and practical and given / written in plain English.
