Health & Wellbeing Good Practice Award
As a firm we recognise the potential of our people and the award assists Hempsons in aligning wellbeing and performance. It demonstrates the firm’s effective planning, supportive management, supportive culture and detailed evaluation.
Lexcel
Lexcel is the Law Society’s Practice Management Standard. It is a scheme for any type of practice to certify that certain standards have been met following independent assessment. This quality accreditation has been awarded to Hempsons in recognition of our highest standards of management and customer care. As a Lexcel accredited practice, we undergo rigorous independent assessment every year to ensure we meet required standards of excellence in areas such as client care, case management and risk management.
We have a designated Quality and Risk department, headed by Quality experts, who implement, review and improve our systems to ensure that they are outcome focused meeting all our clients’ needs and go beyond the Lexcel Quality Assurance Standard. The Quality and Risk department’s primary function is to analyse and safeguard against any risks to the Firm and its clients.
ISO 9001 Quality Assurance
Hempsons is accredited with the 9001 Quality Standard. The standard provides a framework for taking a systematic approach to managing Hempsons’ processes so we can consistently turn out a quality service that exceeds our clients’ expectations. At Hempsons, we have the necessary management tools to continually improve our working practices throughout the entire firm.
